By: Petra Chase, Arts & Culture Editor Writer and filmmaker Lee Nisar sums up her first full-length play as combining “the power of buzzcuts and biryani into one unapologetically queer story.” Dil Ka has been years in the making, with its world premiere set for March 22–31 at the Presentation House Theatre in North Vancouver.
