By: Trevor Steele The riding of Burnaby South is holding a by-election on February 25. The by-election represents New Democratic Party (NDP) leader Jagmeet Singh’s last chance to win a seat in parliament before the October 2019 federal election, as well as a potential foreshadowing of the results of said October 2019 election.
