Decriminalizing marijuana makes perfect sense

I have a confession to make. Like Liberal leader Justin Trudeau, Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne, and Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, I have smoked marijuana. If you have not, it’s very likely that you’ve came across the sweet and skunky smell while walking down Hastings, up Granville around Gastown, or through Kitsilano. You have smelt the “Mary Jane” so much that you might find it hard to believe it’s actually illegal in British Columbia.
