The growing problem When you think of frequent drug users, you don't think of students, friends, family — but the reality is, assumptions about drug users in Vancouver is causing the fentanyl crisis to reach its high. In June, drug overdose took over as the leading cause of unnatural death in BC, ahead of motor vehicle accidents.
