How disparities in health care hurt Black and Indigenous peoples

By: Kelly Chia, Peak Associate On June 19, CBC published an article investigating allegations of a “game” being played in the emergency room where health officials would guess the blood alcohol level of Indigenous patients. While these are allegations, they point to a deeper problem of discrimination in health care.
