Looking myself in the mirror “If you only stop eating so many sweets, you will definitely lose weight. Have some self-control!” I remember saying to myself in front of the mirror, the morning after a birthday dinner. Unfortunately, it was not the first time I had had that conversation with myself. I know I’m not the only one struggling with cutting sugar out of their diet.
