Written by: Youeal Abera On Saturday, February 16, SFU’s Students of Caribbean and African Ancestry (SOCA) facilitated a panel discussion titled Black Spaces Matter at the Burnaby campus. The event is part of SOCA’s Black History Month, which aims to educate SFU students, faculty, and staff, about the accomplishments and history of the African-Canadian community.
