TransLink installs WiFi on buses and SkyTrain cars
October 23, 2021By: Karissa Ketter, News Writer TransLink is partnering with Shaw Communications Inc. to add free WiFi for all passengers in select areas. During the first week of October, WiFi was added to six RapidBuses, on three SkyTrains, at Edmonds Station, and at Carvolth Exchange, according to TransLink’s media release. “This is the beginning of a system-wide rollout that will provide free WiFi for TransLink customers on all buses, SeaBuses, SkyTrains, transit stations, and major transit hubs,” said TransLink.
