It has been seen as one of their most successful programs in recent years, but also one of their most controversial. The program initially started by Megan Branson in 2004. After her brother — a Capilano student at the time — was incarcerated, she realized the discrepancy between the amount of information that she and her brother had access to in their respective settings.
