August 16, 2018The board approved an agreement with the Alma Mater Society (AMS) of UBC regarding the Welcome Back BBQ Many details of the SFSS-AMS partner event were elucidated through this agreement. SFU students are set to pay $37.50 per ticket, compared to the $35 that UBC students pay and the $50 that non-UBC students pay, according to vice-president student life Tawanda Masawi. Masawi hopes to be able to roll out ticket sales starting this week.
