The SFSS has approved a budget of almost $80,000 for a 2014 Fall Kickoff event, causing us to reflect on the financial outcomes of concerts past.

Here is a brief breakdown of the numbers from the SFSS’ 2013 Fall Kickoff and their more recent 2014 Spring Sendoff.

The tournament will see 190 kendo practitioners gather, with competition split into three main competing categories: an individual bracket, a club bracket, and a provincial club bracket.   Nine university clubs from BC will compete in the tournament, including the SFU Kendo Club.
