SFU researchers make breakthrough discovery on earthquakes and tsunamis in Greater Tokyo region

The present and historic earthquakes taking place in Tokyo can now be traced to the Philippine Sea-Pacific plate boundary, making it a place of interest for detecting seismic risk.
